We are sorry, but due to the customized nature of most of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We may, at our sole discretion, make an exception in the case of strictly standard parts or frames. Return requests should be made within 3 to 5 calendar days after receipt of products. In the event that a return is authorized, item must be unused with original packaging intact and the customer shall be liable for all shipping plus a restocking fee of 20% to 35% depending on the item involved. Goods Damaged in Shipment: You must immediately note any exterior damage to shipping cartons, etc. to the delivering carrier before accepting the delivery when received. Failure to do so can nullify our ability to collect damages on your behalf from the shipping company. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and not White Black Studio As soon as you accept delivery, you must inspect all items and report any damage immediately to the delivery carrier

International design services require full payment if event is under 30 days. Before 30 days a partial deposit of 50% will be accepted and due upon contract signing with remaining balance due 7 working days prior to installation. Failure to do so will result in installation being forfeited. All payments are non-refundable unless approved by a WB STUDIO representative. WB studio is a California registered company.


Generally, full payment is due with order. For larger, custom orders WB STUDIO, at our sole discretion, accepts a deposit of 50% to 65% before work is commenced with the final balance, including any applicable taxes, packing and shipping charges, paid not less than 7 working days before the estimated delivery/shipment date. Return Shipping Costs Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of any shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
